Daily Passage

Howdy!

First of all, welcome to www.zhubert.com :) This site has many tools to help you read, understand, and study the Greek New Testament, Septuagint (Greek Old Testament), as well as the Hebrew Old Testament (soon). I invite you to explore the rest of the tutorial for insight into the other features here, but in the mean time, here is how you add the Daily GNT to your website...

If you have a website that would like to feature the daily new testament passage in Greek, just copy and paste the following HTML into whatever page you'd like to display it.

<script language="JavaScript" src="http://www.zhubert.com/obible/daily-passage.php?jscript=true">

</script>

<noscript>

<a href="http://www.zhubert.com/obible/daily-passage.php?jscript=false">View Passage of the Day</a>

</noscript>

It should then look like this:

It's really that easy :)

Alternatively, you might want to use the flash plugin to show the daily (still working on this piece). To do that, you'd insert some HTML like the following:

<embed src="http://www.zhubert.com/xml/passage.lzx.swf?verseref=daily" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height=300 width=200>

Which looks like:

If you happen to use the personalized Google homepage, you can get this content as a module by pointing to http://www.zhubert.com/xml/daily.xml

PS - There's also another pretty cool thing you can add to your website if you're interested remote www.zhubert.com
